GED Testing Service\u00ae requires all third parties using or referencing the term \u201cGED\u201d (the \u201cGED Trademark\u201d) to comply with these guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li>When referring to the GED\u00ae, whether in general or more specifically to the tests you must always include the \u00ae symbol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not use the GED\u00ae Trademark adjacent to the term \u201conline\u201d or in a manner to falsely suggest that the GED\u00ae test may be taken online or a GED\u00ae test credential may be obtained online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#03b976\">Correct: \u201conline preparation for the GED\u00ae test\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Incorrect: \u201cget your GED online\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only authorised GED\u00ae Pearson VUE Testing Centres and\/or Authorised Education Partners have approval to make use of the GED\u00ae logo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once a student has passed all four of his\/her GED\u00ae tests, he\/she will be issued a GED\u00ae Credential. It must <strong>NOT<\/strong> be referred to as a Certificate or Diploma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under no circumstances can the word \u2018Matric\u2019 be used when referencing the GED\u00ae in South Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\"><strong>Please note<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-list\">\n<li>All content must be sent to GED Africa for approval prior printing\/publishing of any kind. This includes all websites and social media platforms, as well as printed materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any and all domain names must be approved for suitability before purchasing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All domains whereby you reference the GED\u00ae must be provided to GED Africa for brand monitoring purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please send all approval requests to <a href=\"mailto:info@ged.org.za\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">info@ged.org.za<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">South Africa (SAQA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">SAQA issues a Certificate of Evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">When referencing the SAQA certificate, you may only use one of the options below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Option 1<\/strong>: The&nbsp;South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) has evaluated the&nbsp;GED\u00ae and found&nbsp;the National Senior Certificate as its closest comparable qualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Option 2<\/strong>: SAQA have evaluated the&nbsp;GED\u00ae and found&nbsp;the National Senior Certificate as its closest comparable qualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Should you refer to the GED\u00ae as anything besides the GED\u00ae in the South African context, you may only use one of the below options, always including the asterisk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Option 1<\/strong>: GED\u00ae Grade 12 equivalent*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><em>* SAQA has evaluated the&nbsp;GED\u00ae and found&nbsp;the National Senior has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Namibia (NQA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">The NQA issues a Certificate of Evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">When referencing the NQA certificate, you may only use one of the options below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Option 1<\/strong>: The Namibian Qualifications Authority (NQA) has evaluated the GED\u00ae and found it to be comparable to a Certificate at NQF Level 4 (four) of the National Qualifications Framework for Namibia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Option 2<\/strong>: The NQA has evaluated the GED\u00ae and found it to be comparable to a Certificate at NQF Level 4 (four) of the National Qualifications Framework for Namibia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Should you refer to the GED\u00ae as anything besides the GED\u00ae in the South African context, you may only use one of the below options, always including the
